FOOD SAFETY AND TRANSPARENCY
Food products: we come prepared
When food sales are agreed with the organiser and the necessary hygiene arrangements and authorisations are in place, we provide in advance production batch details, best-before/use-by dates, purchase receipts, ingredient lists and allergen information. We agree the selection with organisers and take care to respect other participating stalls.
Food activities take place only where the relevant organisers and competent authorities have confirmed that the applicable rules, notices and authorisations are met. The organiser’s HACCP arrangements alone do not automatically authorise sales.

If you host us at your event, we will gladly help spread the word through our website and social channels, sharing the event poster and programme. No advertising agency involved — just the Coscritti getting involved!
